Holly and Mitchell’s wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect! With a beautiful summer day, a stunning dress, and two of the most gorgeous venues in Downtown Huntsville, AL, there wasn’t much that I DIDN’T want to photograph, to be honest!

Holly prepared for the big day at the Cooper House, right next to Temple B’nai Sholom where she would soon marry her sweet husband! When her girls made sure she looked absolutely perfect, Holly shared a first look with her father, and Y’ALL...I’ve never teared up so early on a wedding day before. This was seriously the SWEETEST moment that the two of them were able to share before the craziness of the wedding day really set in. (Holly’s gift to her dad, an embroidered handkerchief, appeared to come in handy here!)

Their entire day was just so happy, laid back, and FUN...just like Holly and Mitchell! With one of the coolest bridal parties, a couple that wasn’t afraid to smash some wedding cake in their faces (make sure you scroll that far!), and even a choreographed Spice Girls dance at the reception, I don’t think this day could have been much more fun! Thank you so much Holly and Mitchell!! :)

I have to interject here and tell you about that cake knife up there! YOU GUYS. Seriously, I didn't think Holly and Mitchell's day could be any more perfect than it already was, but then when I was photographing all of these GORGEOUS details, Holly casually mentions that today is also her parents' Wedding Anniversary. WHAT?! How perfect/cute/AMAZING is that?? So, that cake knife has now lived through TWO beautiful weddings between two amazing couples and that makes my heart smile SO MUCH.

Now, before you get into their ceremony, just know that this was definitely one of the coolest things we've been asked to be a part of! Holly and Mitchell's Jewish ceremony at Temple B'nai Sholom in Downtown Huntsville was beautiful, emotional, and so, so personal, all wrapped into one. I LOVED their parents' involvement in the ceremony and all of the intricate first steps Holly and Mitchell took together as husband and wife. Check out those smiles at the end! :)
